INGREDIENTS


  • Turnips
  • Carrots
  • Chopped Onions
  • Chopped tomatoes
  • Green peas
  • Ginger
  • Garlic 
  • 2 green chillies 
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala 
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Cream(malai) (optional)
  • Red food color(optional)
  • Coriander leaves to garnish.


How to make easy, quick and delicious Shalgam ki Sabzi?


so here is the answer.............


1.Put a pan on low heat, then add ghee or oil..

2.Once the oil(ghee) gets heated add garlic.

    3. After that add chopped onions, stir well.

      4. Then you can add chillies,and ginger.

      5.After that add chopped tomatoes and fry all these things until it(masala) turns golden.

      6.Then add all dry spices i.e red food color(optional),red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, salt and saute it.

      7.On the other side ,boil peas(matar), carrot(gajar) and turnip(shalgam) seprately .

        8.Once all these things get boiled, mash it (carrot and turnip).

          9.After that put all mashed vegetables(carrot and turnip) and peas into the masala that we have prepared ,also add some water .

            10.Then cook it for 5-6 mins .


              11.You can also add cream(malai) to make sabzi more creamy and delicious.Also , add little sugar for taste.

                Two Different Recipes of Matar Paneer 



                Matar paneer is one of the famous North Indian dishes. Two key ingredients - Matar(peas) and paneer(cheese).You can also replace paneer with potatoes. Matar Paneer is easy to make, you can get all ingredients very easily. You can buy paneer from the market or can make it at home. Moreover, You can use green peas for this recipe or can use frozen peas. So, you don't have to take much pressure. This dish can serve with naan or with rice. Additionally, you can also serve raita or papad to make dinner more delicious. Mostly in India, people cook Matar paneer on special occasions or for someone special.

                  INGREDIENTS:

                  • 1/4 kg paneer cubes
                  • small cup fresh green peas
                  • 1 chopped onion
                  • ginger
                  • garlic 
                  • green chillies
                  • 2 chopped tomatoes
                  • 3/4 tsp red chilli powder
                  • pinch of turmeric powder
                  • 1/4 tsp coriander powder
                  • 1/2 tsp Kasuri methi 
                  • pinch of garam masala powder
                  • 1 tsp malai(cream)
                  • salt (as required)
                  • 1 tbsp oil

                       How To Make Matar Paneer with Onion, Ginger, Garlic?

                  So here is the answer.....

                  1.Put a pan on low heat, then add oil.


                  2.Once the oil gets heated add garlic.


                  3. After that add onions, stir well.


                  4. Then you can add the paste(tomatoes,chillies,and garlic) fry all these things until it(masala) turns golden. 



                  5.Then add all dry spices i.e red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, Kasuri methi,garam masala powder, salt and saute it.

                  6.Put this masala into another vessel(cooker), add some water and let it boil. Then add peas and cook peas for 5-6 mint. 

                  7.After that add paneer cubes.

                  8. You can also add cream(malai) if wanted,


                  9.Then cook it for 8-9 mints and garnish it with coriander leaves(To make it more delicious and creamy you can add cream to garnish.)

                   10.Then, serve with parantha or rice.

                   Matar Paneer Recipe  without Onion and Garlic 




                  Here, second method for making Matar paneer. That mater paneer is called a Jain Version because it is prepared without onion, ginger or garlic in it. But still, this recipe taste very delicious. People who love tomatoes very much well love this recipe. On many occasions (like in Navratri) where you can't use onion, ginger, garlic, these type of recipe are best for those occasions.

                  INGREDIENTS


                  • small cup fresh green peas
                  • green chilli  
                  • 2-31/4 kg paneer cubes
                  • 2 chopped tomatoes
                  • 3/4 tsp red chillies powder
                  • Cashew nuts – a handful
                  • Cumin seeds – 2 tsp
                  • pinch of turmeric powder
                  • 1/4 tsp coriander powder
                  • 1/2 tsp Kasuri methi 
                  • pinch of garam masala powder
                  • 1 tsp malai(cream)
                  • salt (as required)
                  • 1 tbsp oil

                  How to make Matar Paneer without Onion, Ginger and Garlic?


                  So here is the answer.....

                  1. Prepare the paste of tomatoes and green chillies.
                  2. Put a pan on low heat, then add oil, once the oil gets heated add Cumin seeds. Then add the paste that we have prepared and simmer it for 1-2 mins.
                  3. Then add all dry spices i.e red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, Kasuri methi,garam masala powder, salt and saute it and reduce the flame for 4-5 mins.
                  4. Add some water and let it boil. Then add peas and cook peas for 15-20 mins. After that add malai(cream) and paneer cubes.
                  5. Then cook it for 3-4 mins and garnish it with coriander leaves(To make it more delicious and creamy you can add cream to garnish.)
                  6. Then, serve with parantha or rice.

                  INGREDIENTS


                  • 2 tablespoon soaked overnight red kidney beans
                  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
                  • 2 large chopped onion
                  • 2 Chopped tomato 
                  • 1/2 cup fresh cream
                  • 1 pinch salt
                  •  chopped ginger
                  • 1 tablespoon oil
                  • 2 medium green chilli
                  • 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
                  • 1/2 cup soaked overnight urad dal
                  • garlic
